Accurate Estimates

To ensure a successful project the process starts way before the construction begins. Nobody likes change orders and cost overages. We build every job a custom detailed and accurate estimate to ensure the price you see in the beginning is the price you pay when the job is complete. 

Descriptive Contracts

We supply every customer with a descriptive contract that clearly labels start/finish dates and payment schedules. Our payment schedule is always based on worked complete and not just pay at a certain date. The reason we schedule payments due after work is complete is so you as the customer never have to worry about money being paid and work not getting completed. 

Clean Demo

We understand that although this is a construction site for us, this is your home, and you should still be able to function in your house like we were never there. At the start of construction, all floor surfaces being used as walkways are protected with drop cloths or cardboard runners.  We do our best to mitigate any unwanted dust outside of the construction zone by building a plastic containment around the areas we will be working in.  Throughout the length of the project the construction zone remains clean and tidy with daily clean ups and not one clean up when the project is complete. All trash will be hauled away with us daily and nothing will be left in your house or your yard.

Licensed Subs 

When having work done in your house, we understand that it can be uncomfortable having new people in your home. You can always trust that we only used licensed sub-contractors that have been vetted and are professionals in their field of work. 

Project Management 

To ensure accountability for all of our projects, we have a project manager that is available to answer any questions that may come up. Our project manager will keep the job moving forward at all times, and closely monitor quality control on all areas of construction.
